PIXMA Print Plan Sign-Up Error

TS6420a - I continue to get an "error updating product - try again later" when attempting to sign-up to the Print Plan. 

Tried signing up from various devices, android, windows, ipad... same story.   

Any trouble shooting advice would be appreciated.  Or a phone number I could contact customer service & sign-up directly.
