PIXMA MX432 Printer Not Responding - Windows cannot access the ...

Hello all,

I have turned my printer on and off several times. I tried to print a test page from Manage Your Device (Settings) in Windows 10. This message pops up when I try to click any of the features such as Run the Troubleshooter, Print a test page, etc.

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them."

c:\\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe

Is there a specific message that addresses this problem?

The rundll32.exe file is part of the Windows operating system.  It is recommended that your computer manufacturer or Microsoft is contacted for further assistance.
