Thanks for posting!

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, the Canon PIXMA MG6620 has been retired. That means we do not offer support for the printer or updated drivers. We recommend updating to a more modern printer and reaching out to our Canon Upgrade Program specialist who will go over the best options for upgrading your printer. They can be reached at 866-443-8002.

Unfortunately, you'll need to contact Canon's service center regarding this.   From page 743 of the User Manual:

"B203

Cause

An error requiring you to contact the service center has occurred.

Action

Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord of the machine from the power supply.  Contact the service center."
