PIXMA MG3650S - Printer ink number not recognised

It's been working fine, but now I cannot print. 

 

When checking the printer status with the Canon Quck Menu I get an error saying the ink model numbers are not recognised.

 

I've not changed anything. I'm printing from the same computer. Everything is the same. 

 

Exact error is:

 

The printer's Ink Model Numbers cannot be recognized.

 

These are genuine cartridges and I even replaced them with new, genuine cartridges. 

 

I have a courier coming later today and need to print labels! This is so frustrating! 

 

OS: Windows 10.

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit), and the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows Vista/7/8/10 or macOS 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your device (USB or WiFi).

Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue!
