Hi,
We have a Canon MG3620 printer there is about 1 year old.
The yellow warning light is on (not flashing) and we can not turn on the printer. We have tried to unplug and reset the printer without success.
Please advice what we can do to fix the problem.
Thanks in advance for your time and help, Rikke

Greetings,
Has the printer been subjected to any power fluctuations? Surges or dips. Check inside and see if the ink absorber is full. Press and hold the power button. While holding it down, unplug the printer. Continue holding the button down and plug the printer back in to power. After 5 sec, release the button.
If this doesn't help, printer will require service.
