Hi! We recently purchased Cannon Pixma 3620. I cannot get me phone to connect. See the screenshots in sequential order...
It would not pick up the printer until I held down the WiFi button, pressed 'Color', and WiFi again...
I entered my WiFi password...
and I was so excited as everything thing seemed to be going smoothly. These were the next two prompts...
Sadly the printer never showed up on the list in the next window...
The '?' icon shows a screen of which I tried all options...
When I click on 'If Printer Cannot be Found' I received the last message...
I have literally been trying to connect for almost 2 hours! I am so angry because it shouldn't be this difficult. 😔 What am I doing wrong or what else can I try?! Should I return it and try another model?
