PIXMA G6020 Communication problem with my computer

I WAS having good results using My Image Garden with my MegaTank G6020 and now I am not. It seems to be having communication problems with my WIN 10 computer. Has something changed?

When I go to SCAN using My Image Garden with my WIN 10 computer, the scanner goes thru one cycle but immediately goes to an error message that it has loss communications with the scanner. I have found a work around using a USB printer cable rather that WiFi and using an app called IJ Scan Utility but it's a hassle. When looking for a download for my G6020 printer for the My Image Garden it's not listed as a download for that printer. Has there been changes made? use to work!

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G6020 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can assist you with getting your scanner working wirelessly again.
