PIXMA G3416 E03 error

I bought a Canon pixma g3416 series printer from Azerbaijan a few days ago. However, after 1 month, when I printed color paper, the screen showed an error e03, which the manual states was due to the paper remaining inside the printer. I took it to the repairman, who said that nothing came out of it. After bringing it, it worked for 1 day, but it gave the same error again. What is the problem? Frankly, I regret buying Canon. # PIXMA G3416
