PIXMA E470 - New Port cannot be created - Windows 11

Been trying to install the PIXMA E470 to my computer. 

- Wifi pairing ok
- Mobile app send to print ok 
- Only installation to the computer is an issue, returning the error [New Port could not be created: 0001]

a) already uninstalled all canon drivers 
b) uninstalled all other printers
