My New Pixma ix6820 prints blank pages instead of websites

Hello!

We just set up our new Pixma ix6820. It will sometimes just print a blank page and then the orange alarm light flashes twice in quick succession followed by a longer pause for a long period of time.

We particularly have this problem when we are trying to print from a webpage or some PDFs.

Please let us know if anyone has any solutions.
