Hi All,
Well I changed the ink cartridges on my Canon Pixma MP495 which was working great. Now it won't connect via wireless. Everytime I try and print it says it is offline. I might want to mention that I have Windows 10 now, where before I had Windows 8.1. I have tried everything. All the help ideas. Nothing works. Should I just delete all drivers and start over? And is so, how do I delete the printer and all the drivers? I have spent almost all day trying to figure this out.

Hello.
Uninstalling the older drivers and installing the Windows 10 drivers may resolve this issue. Please perform the following:
1. Open the Control Panel from your Desktop or Start Menu.
2. Open Programs and Features.
3. Uninstall the MP495/MP Drivers and the Canon IJ Network Tool.
4. Close all windows that are open.
Once this has been done, visit our website at the following link to download the MP Drivers and reinstall the printer.
