Hello,
I have a Canon printer MX 922 showing not connected status and I'm not able to print wirelessly. On Windows devices and printer settings, it is showing that is connected to the network. Previously, everything was working fine. I cannot troubleshoot device in Windows 10. It gives me an error of 'something is preventing it from running this utility'. When I sent a printer test page, it would return with error meassage. I tried removing the device, but it just sits there. I'm thinking because it is 'not connected'?
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!
