Hello. I hope I'm in the right section. My Cannon MX882 suddenly stopped printing. When powered on, it shows a B200 error code and a message to turn printer off and call for support. When this first happened, I tried rebooting and left the printer unplugged for several days and gave up. Now that I need to print something again, I plugged the printer in and lo and behold, it printed the document I tried printing a few days ago.
Now the B200 error still comes up and won't clear. The printer did have 2 empty ink cartridges, so I replaced them. I've tried resetting with the instructions found online, but that isn't working. Rebooting, unplugging, removing all ink cartridges and cleaned the small ink tray area...nothing. I just bought a set of new ink, so I hope I don't have to replace this printer.
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MX882 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.
Hope this helps!
