MP Navigator EX for MX700. I can no longer save scanned files (PDF or JPG).Folder Write Protected

MP Navigator EX for my MX700 Printer Scanner.

Can scan documents/photos etc. with MP Navigator, but I cannot save the files. 

Message says that my MP Navigator folder is write protected. If I change the folder that folder is listed as write prootected also . 

Thsi is  a recent occurance something has changed.

Windows 8.1 / MX700 is connected to Network via router.

Is the folder that you are attempting to save to a network folder or one on the same computer you are scanning with?

The folder is on the same computer I am scanning with.

I Have found the if I run the scanning MP Navigator as an administrator everything is accessible.

Something changed somewhere to make this happen.
