MG5220 does not print

MG5220 goes through the motions of printing, but will not actually print. It has all new cartridges, but still no hint of ink anywhere on the blank page.  Thank you for your suggestions!  Shannon

Hi Shannon,

Performing a series of print head cleanings on the printer may get the ink printing on the page.  To perform the cleanings, please follow the steps located here.  We recommend performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer.
