Hello everybody. My first post. I have a new HP Pavilion Desktop computer that I just added my new MG3620 printer to. I think it is wireless, but I installed everything using the CD installation and I am using USB cord, even though it may be running as a wireless printer. Not sure if that is making sense?
The test print worked, however, when I try printing anything off the internet like an email message, I get the following message: "You may be using an extension that blocks popups. To print, click OK to enable popups for the current session."
I cannot understand what an extension they are referring to and how would I prevent a popup?
