Hello everyone!
I bought a MF4870w a couple of weeks ago and I ran into a problem. The hardver of the MF4870w is detected (including the scanner), but I can not scan with it. The software does see the scanner, but when I scan nothing happens.
I use windows 8.1 64 bit (no software worked from the included CD) and use the drivers and software form the homepage. I installed whrough network (although wifi works too).
Any ideas?
