Hi
I have a MG5650 printer / scanner at home and another at work.
My home (family) laptop is not connecting the MG5650 at home. My work laptop is connecting to both MG5650 printers.
The home laptop did once work, then did not. It might have coincided with the Windows 10 update, but we are not sure. Operating system is the 64bit verson.
I have twice uninstalled the print driver and canon software and installed the latest from the web. During the installation process the setup software appears to read the correct serial number of the MG5650.
But when it comes to print, or even turn off the MG5650 from the home laptop, the print job just gets stuck in the queue and errors.
Any ideas how to resolve this?
