I need ink and ordered the PIXMA print plan. Where is the ink?

Log into your MyCanon account.  Visit the Subscriptions menu in the nav pane on the left. You'll see your subscriptions including the PIXMA print plan if subscribed.

In order for timely ink delivery, the printer needs to be on and able to communicate with Canon servers.  This allows its usage and ink levels to be polled properly.
