I have a Canon MF4350d. The scan roller at the top feed has just stopped working. What to do?

I have a Canon MF4350d. This morning the paper feed went on the blink. It takes paper half way, then starts cruching it and stops for both scan and copy mode. Tried two different weights of paper, same thing. The scan/copy from the plate works ok. How do I repair the feeder? Thanks - Teri

If the scan roller stopped feeding, it sounds like the imageCLASS MF4350D may need the ADF cleaned.  Try the Knowledge Base article below:
