Icant get my mx340 printer to come on line. All I get is printer is off line.

What operating system is installed on your computer?

Are you using your PIXMA MX340 with a USB cable or are you using your PIXMA MX340 wirelessly?

I need the information to get my printer to work. No matter what I do I cant the printer to come on line. Thank you
