Help!

I just tried hooking up my new TS6420 computer, but it refuses to print. I had another one just like it, but a massive paper jam destroyed it. I thought I'd properly set this new one up, but apparently not. Before I lose my mind, what am I doing wrong? Does Canon have a help line I can call? Please send me the phone number if so! I'm sorry to hear you're having such a rough time.

We do have tech support. They're available weekdays from 9am to 6pm (ET) at 800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666). To make things easier, you'll want to make sure you've registered your printer at https://canon.us/account

Another thing I'd recommend is going through the setup utility. It will re-install the Canon software and should pair with your printer. Just follow the prompts at https://canon.us/TS6420Setup
