Error Code 1660

I have a Canon PIXMA TR8520. I just got new ink but I keep getting the code 1660. They are installed correctly and I've reinstalled them multiple times. Why am I still getting the code?

I am having the same issue and unfortunately, my product is more than one year old. Is there no way to speak with a customer service representative without paying?!
