CanonMX920 error code 1007

Has ben working well.

Now suddenly won't print.

Says "No paper in cassette (upper)", which is true but I don't want to print photos.

There is regular paper in lower cassette.

Hi RBryan,

To try and resolve the issue, you will want to ensure that the paper type selected in the printer driver and application you are printing from is PLAIN PAPER, and that the paper size selected is 8.5 x 11 or LETTER, as the printer will automatically select which cassette tray to print from based on the paper size and type selected.  

You can also perform a roller cleaning on the printer to ensure that there is a clear path for paper to feed from the lower cassette.  To perform the roller cleaning, please follow the steps located here.
