We've had a Pixma TS5353 printer for a few years, and never had problems with it. But this week it suddenly stopped working on all our devices - a Macbook Pro, a Macbook Air and a Galaxy phone (using the Canon Print app). The message displayed on all devices is always a variation of "Printer is offline". The printer itself doesn't display an error message, and the screen display is as normal.
I've tried restarting the wifi, and removing the printer from the macbook - after which it simply couldn't find the printer again.
Anyone know the answer to this please?
