If it says "Laserjet" it is an HP printer, not a Canon.

Doesn't the printer have a label on it....front, top, rear....with the model name?

Google says it could be an imageProGraf?

🤔

Post an image of it for us.

cant find my model number, the serial # is KRFMXXXXX

Welcome to the Community! For your security, I have edited your post to partially hide the serial number. We recommend replacing the back half of serial numbers with red X's in public posts to protect your private information.

To help us find your model number, please look for a label on the front or top of the printer. Common Canon printer brands include PIXMA, MAXIFY, imageCLASS, and SELPHY. If you can provide that name and any numbers next to it, we can assist you with your specific inquiry.

Hi, turbygirl!  A serial number beginning with the letters KRFM corresponds to the PIXMA TR4755i, an inkjet printer intended for sale exclusively in Europe.  The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the upper right corner.  If your printer shows something else, please let us know.

Hope this helps!
