how can ImageBrowser EX work in windows 8.1

hello, need help in how to make ImageBrowser EX work on windows 8.1. 

I read one solution, restore default on IE, but EX , I did that but still gets stuck at 60%.

In order to point you in the right direction for software downloads, I'd ask if you'd kindly let the community know which camera model you are referring to.

After reinstalling again and again ImageBrowser and Silverlight I found what it seems a solution

While ImageBorwser is starting (still in the splash screen) open the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Supr and select Task Manager) and kill the process FaceExt.

After doing this ImageBrowser started and after that it starts without problems, I donñt have to kill FaceExt every time I launch it.

I have Windows 8.1 x64
