eos utility 3 crashes when switching to live view mode

eos utility 3 crashes when switching to live view mode. A focus error message also appears. Before everything worked well, after a long break I decided to take pictures again but this problem appeared. I also want to note that everything works fine on my laptop.

Camera: 800d

PC: pros. i5, amd radeon rx580

OS: W10

Laptop Acer, pros i7 nvidia graphic OS W10

I have the same problem 😞 i can't even download photos and videos throught the utility app. when I run live view, the application tries to run for a while, but turns off after a while.

I bellive this is win update problem because when i format my WIN10 PC Live View works fine but when updates ara instaled no live view for me 😞 on my old laptop it works fine. I need solution, help me guys ❤️
