EOS R6 Mark II - cannot update firmware from 1.3.0 to 1.5.0

I've tried to update the firmware from my iPhone and also my laptop. Nothing works. 

On my phone when I get to step 3, I get this error: "Failed to transfer the firmware."

On my laptop, I get this: "Firmware cannot be downgraded." (I'm not downgrading). 

Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Verify that you have R6 Mark II firmware.  Use a freshly formatted card, with no other files.  Be sure to have only one card in the camera.
