Can’t see photos on app

I’m unable to see my photos on the app. When I select import images, it says “no images on the camera”. I’ve completely reset my network settings on my camera and deleted my camera from the app and reconnected it and nothing has worked. It’s been over a year since i’ve been able to use the app but it’s still having the same problem. I’ve just been using a sd card reader to see my photos.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for the question.  We will need a bit more information to assist you.

What app are you talking about?   EOS Utility on your computer?  Cannon Connect on the phone?  What version are you using?  What OS (computer or phone) are you running and what version?  What camera are you connecting to?

Is your OS (computer or phone) up to date?  Have you downloaded and installed the latest version of the software?

sorry I didn’t realize I left out so many details. I have the canon elph 360 hs and i’m talking about the cannon connect app version 3.5.30 on the iphone. I have the iphone 17 pro max and am running ios 26. Everything is up to date to my knowledge.
