Hello! I have a EOS 5D Mark II and using MAC OSX Sierra, buy I can't use EOS Utility.
If I use the solution disk, at the end of the installation process it says error code=9 but I can see EOS Utility is installed. But when I open it, it doesn't connect with the camera.
I've tried to download the update from Canon website, but after the disk is decompressed and mounted, I click on the file and it says "extracting files" but then nothing happens. Nothing at all.
What can I do?
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
I also have the same problem. I have EOS 7D (First version) and running Mac OS High Sierra 10.13. When I open EOS utility-2 it opens and doesnt connect to camera but when I try to unplug and replug my camera it connects but immediately after that crashes. Today I tried downloading EOS utility from Canon link but after installation it gives error=9 and followed by error 10.
I hope someone can help.
THanks,
Shan

It's located here:
Grab the "sierra" version... you wont see it for "high sierra" yet.
I run High Sierra and EOS Utility 2.14.31 is working fine.
