9000f mk ii FARE feature

I purchased this scanner to do negative and positive scans. A review I read said their was a feature to help reduce dust and scratches, I believe it was called FARE. I can not find a reference to this in the manual that came with the software.

Hello. 

The FARE (Film Automatic Retouching and Enhancement) options are available in our Scangear interface.

Please open the IJ Scan Utility and choose the Scangear option.  Once there, click the Advanced Mode table to access the options for reducing dust and scratches as well as other image adjustment options.
