PowerShot ELPH 190 IS charger needed

I need help with finding a charger for my Canon elph 190!! I’m not a photographer or a camera expert by any means so please bear with me. I got it second hand today and it has the battery pack but not the charger for the battery. I think the battery is nb-11. Can I just buy a universal charger or should I get a specific one? Also is it okay to get the $10 chargers on amazon? Please helppp!
