Hey everybody ! I hope you are doing good ..l

is there an adapter that would allow my EF mount work with an RF lens ?
I have a rebel t7, and the lens I’m interested in is the rf100-400mm

or would I have to completely upgrade the body ?

cheers all !

Greetings ,

You'll need an R series body to use an RF mount lens..

Hey Rick

Thanks much, I’ll start looking into it to see what it would run… 😎

Check out the Canon refurbished store. That's a great place to start

Short answer, no.

EB
EOS 1DX and 1D Mk IV and less lenses then before!

Unless you know something we don't, there is no "this adapter". It is unobtanium.

If in existence ..my own research has yielded no results unfortunately

The reason there is no RF to EF adapter is it is impossible. The flange distance is a problem.  Plus, RF lenses are designed to attach to bodies that have no mirror hardware.
