Hello!
I have a eos 5D mark ii and was wondering if there is a lens adapter to make it so I can use other lenses? Or can I only use EF lenses?

I am not sure what "other lenses" you are talking about but the EF lens lineup is one of the best in the world, You can choose from Canon, or there are a lot of third party options, too.

The EF lens mount (which your camera uses) has a flange distance of 44 mm. This is pretty long, and doesn't leave much room for an adapter from most other lens mounts. There are exceptions; for example, you could get an adapter to use PL lenses on your camera. These are generally big, heavy, all-manual cinema lenses, so not likely what you want.
Mirrorless lenses, like RF, RF-S, EF-M, Nikon Z, Sony E and FE, Micro Four Thirds, etc., can not work. Generally you're safest sticking with EF lenses.
If you want to know more about lens compatibility, I wrote an article about that: https://moonblink.info/MudLake/gear/lenses

You can use adapters for EF-1,2,3 bayonets, but everywhere it will be manual optics.:
1) M42 - a huge amount of inexpensive manual optics (easy to find).
2) Pentacon Six - medium format lenses (easy enough to find)
3) Early Hasselblad mount - - medium format lenses (hard to find)

If we talk about automatic focus, then the Sigma Art fix line is worthy of attention. The rest is very far behind Canon on EF (tamrons, sigma).

If you go to B&H and search Lens Adaptors for EF you will find 167 different adaptor plates. I use a handful of these for different lenses and they work well. I mostly use my Pentax film lenses, or my older M42 lenses, but you can find adaptors to use Nikon F lenses, Sony A lenses, Olympus, Contax Zeiss, and many others. While some of the third party lenses are fair to use, others are very unique and give a different look than you can get from Canon EF lenses. The Helios 44M lenses being a perfect example.
The only thing you won't find are adaptors to use mirrorless lenses on a DSLR. That's impossible to do.
