is there a battery grip for the EOS 4000D

Canon did not release a battery grip for this model. I do not recommend attempting to use a third party grip on a camera body that was not designed to use one.

is there one battery grip will work for the canon EOS4000d

Negative. I am not aware of any. But, I have not looked for any, either. The camera body is NOT DESIGNED to use a battery grip. Any third party grips you might see I would regard with caution, because they can damage your camera.
I suggest that you give up on the idea of adding a grip to the 4000D. Battery grips from Canon are not available for entry level and beginner level camera bodes.
If you wish to have a battery grip, then you need to upgrade out of the xxxxD series of bodies, and being looking at xxD and xD DSLR bodies.

I just told you.

You need to figure out a budget. Buy it new or used. Most of the R Series bodies selling for under $2000 USD do not have the ability to use a battery grip.
