I recently got the EL-5 Speed lite for my r5ii. The first time I charged the battery was ok, it reached 100%. But from the second time until now, from 0% it’s only reaches around 95% even though the charger tells it’s full.
When I try to charge it at ex. 80%, after like 10min. the charger turns green but the battery is 80%-84%.
When turned el5 is turned off, it drains the battery for 1-3% which for me seems reasonable and it’s written in the instructions about this possibility however it’s the battery is not charging normally.
which do you think is the problem, the battery or the flash unit itself?
