Trying to download the lastest firmware update for my MF4820d printer and canon won't recognize the serial number on the printer and error serial number not recognized is displayed.

MF4880dw prints but will not scan

Printer is connected wireless. Using Windows 10 system. It worked fine before the Windows update from 7 to 10. I've tried downloading drivers, but no help.

I need help printing envelopes MF624Cw from iMac. Error message and spacing comes out messed up.

I am able to print on regular sized paper from tray. However, I can't figure out why I keep getting an error message for envelope printing. The spacing and print is all over the place and looks nothing like the "preview" page on the iMac.
