Is the U.S. version of the Canon R6 the same as the EU version?

It might be a dumb question, but is the only difference the battery charger and the default video system? I got my Canon R6 in Ireland and I live in the US. I know warranty will be tricky but I did keep the receipt and the shop is pretty popular in Dublin.

Some cameras, like the ones for the Japanese market, have only a few languages in the menu to choose between. I haven't seen anything difference between R6 from Europe and R6 from U.S.

There is a difference.

The default video system is PAL not NTSC for European cameras, but you can choose between them from the camera menu.

European battery charger has a cable to connect between the charger and the ac wall socket. The cable port on the charger is a standard IEC C7 connector. US / Canada chargers are designed to plug directly in the wall socket with pins on the back of the charger.

Warranty will be only in Europe.
