How do I transfer pictures from my canon SX720 to my mac

• Which version of Mac do you have?
• Have you installed "CameraWindow DC 8.10.11b for Mac OS X" and "Digital Camera Software 7.1 [Mac OS X]" * from our website?

* For Mac versions beyond Yosemite, use the drop-down menu to choose "OS X Yosemite v10.10". It hasn't been updated for newer versions of Mac, but will work on newer systems.
