Canon Pixma ts3522 not printing after loading more paper

Hello!

My printer was working this morning because I used it.  However, after I loaded new paper into the printer tray it will not print, but it will copy.  Therefore, I know it is not the paper or the way it is loaded.

I simply cannot print after I loaded new paper, but I could print prior to the new paper.???

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

• Is there an error on the computer or printer when you try to print? 
• Is the printer connected to the computer via USB or wireless? 
• What version of Windows or MacOS is your computer running?

could I have it at the wrong setting?

Hi,

Go into the system preferences on your Mac and select Printers and Scanners. Next to the printer listed, if you see a red or orange circle, remove the printer and then add it back on. Once it is added, the printer should then have a green circle by it and you can try to print again.
