Hello, I have an Image Class MF229dw. I use it rarely (still on my first replacement toner cartridge). I only use the printer function by plugging the cable into my laptop USB, I do not use it wirelessly.
It has been working fine. However, today it will not print. If I try to print a pdf I get the print layout screen and then a pop-up message: "Error while printing."
If I try to print a Word doc, nothing happens.
The copying works fine. I reinstalled the driver but still not working. Any suggestions or do I need a new printer?
