PIXMA TS6300 Series - No longer asks to continue or exit scan

Small irritating problem from the UK!
Used the Pixma TS6300 printer/scanner on previous computer ...
This printer might have a different lable in USA.
Software:
              Driver setup package - v1.3
              MP Drivers windows - v1.02
 
Previously when I scanned with this software it asked question  ... continue scan or exit scan
This second installation does not ask that question ...
How can I re-establish the original sequence of the first installation??
I have tried re-loading software!
