Printouts being cut before completed.

We have a canon printer / plotter that cuts the printout before it is completed. Please help!

We have this printer set up as a network printer, have installed using IP with local drivers. We are printing from ERwin and Visio apps. While printing, a cut is issued that cuts off the report.
