Printing on watercolor paper - imagePROGRAF PRO-300

zenista

Hello.

I have a new Pro300 printer. I am having trouble printing on 300gsm watercolor paper using the rear feed tray. I've pulled my hair out in both Photoshop and "Professional Print & Layout" software.

Most of the time, I get errors such as there is no paper in the rear tray (there is), or the paper size does not match (even though I've entered custom sizes.

Everything works fine when I use standard or fine art photo paper or anything that is already loaded into the software.

Please point me in the direction to figure out how to print non-standard sizes and types of paper.

Thanks.

Hi,

You can try downloading the PRO-300 ICC Profile for Supporting the Other Companies file from the Canon website HERE. It may have the media type you are using.
