Hello - Using an iMac, High Sierra and Canon MG5520. Installed latest driver on the printer. Recently installed a new router and now have a new network name and password. Wife's computer and printer are working fine on the new network. My computer is on the new network fine. The printer and router don't seem to know about each other so I can't add the printer to the Mac. How to remedy please.
Thanks in advance.

The driver which you have installed is not supported by your system so it is not working properly uninstall the driver and install the driver given with the printer and if you don't have it then you can download it from Dell customer care and then install it the printer will start working fine.

I already downloaded the latest driver from the Canon web site. That did not remedy the situation. I needed to know how to specify the new network SSID and password to the printer. Finally figured it out and it is working.
Thnak you.
