I just recently moved to a new place with a new network connection. I have tried everything to get my ix6820 to connect to my computer and nothing is working. My Mac is updated to the most recent update, I have deleted and redownloaded the IJ Network tool various times, and I have printed the Network Configuration page in search of help.
My computer recognizes that there is a printer and it even displays the name and will let me try to print from it. But every time I do, it doesn't connect. When I printed the network configuration paper it says that the connection is active but I am unable to connect my printer. I also do not have a USB port in my computer, so that is not an option to set it up.
I also tried to print from my phone, which showed my printer as an option, but it was unable to connect as well. I started school this week and I have a lot of papers that I need to print so any help would be greatly appreciated.
