ImageCLASS MF8580Cdw printing problem...

Can anybody suggest a fix for this? It's a brand new ImageCLASS MF8580Cdw running off a windows 7 PC. It does this with the partial cartridges that came with the printer and brand new full cartridges.

 

Anybody? TIA

Because the issue is happening with both the Starter cartridge and full cartridges, it is recommended that you contact our telephone technical support group at this time.  Please call 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 8:00PM.

 

I understand that the forum may be the preferred method of communication, but the real-time feedback of a support call will be more beneficial in this case.
