My MF4880dw had been working perfectly until about 5 days ago. The paper started jamming at the exact same spot near a black roller and no matter what I tried (removing the roller and roughing it up a bit with sandpaper and changing the printer special mode V), it still will not work.
This is a picture of what happens every time I try to print. You can see the paper is right beneath the black roller.
Does anyone know the part number of this roller or know of any other solutions that may fix this jamming issue? This printer replaced an older model that was functioning perfectly and has had a substantially shorter life than the last one (it lasted just months).

Hi elimoon8,
I see that you have already completed several troubleshooting steps. So that we can help, I have a few questions about your situaton.
Is your MF4880dw's power cord connected directly to a wall outlet or power strip/surge protector?
What is the weight of the paper you are using?
What did you select for the "Paper Type" on your MF4880dw?
For the part number of the roller, please contact our Parts Order Center. The department may be reached by calling 1-866-481-2569 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m. ET.
