Pixma iP100 Faint Printing

I have had a Pixma iP100 for some time. I had stopped using it for a while. Now that I've resumed, it prints very faintly. I changed the cartridges. I did a cleaning, and then two deep cleanings. No change.Any ideas?Stratian

What does the ? mean exactly when I try to select a photo to print and it rejects. Is the picture too low a resolution ? I seem to be able to print only above 2 MB but don't see anything about this in documentation only must be EXIF.
